Permanent jewelry is a custom fitted, clasp free piece of jewelry secured with a quick weld. It is designed for everyday wear, but it can be removed when needed and reattached later.
Your piece can be removed whenever needed. If Forever Chic originally installed it and the piece is still intact and reusable, I can reattach it later at no charge when you bring it back.
If Forever Chic originally installed your piece and it is intact and reusable, reattachment is free. Simple repair labor is also free on pieces I installed. If new chain, charms, connectors, or other replacement materials are needed, you would only pay for those materials.
Tarnishing can happen naturally depending on the material, your lifestyle, and how the jewelry is cared for. Chlorine from pools and hot tubs can also damage jewelry materials over time. See the Jewelry Care section below for simple steps to help protect your piece.
Forever Chic offers stainless steel, enamel, sterling silver, 14K gold filled, mixed metals, and solid 14K gold by preorder. I am happy to explain the differences and help you choose what works best for you.
Yes. I can often repair or reattach permanent jewelry originally installed by another artist. A small service fee may apply, along with the cost of any new chain, charm, connector, or other materials needed. I will take a look at the piece first and let you know what can be done.
Yes. Customers age 15 and younger require parental consent. Children under age 10 may also be fitted when a parent is present and signs an acknowledgment that the piece is not intended to remain permanent as the child grows and stays active. Customers age 16 and older do not require parental consent.
Walk ins are welcome Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Appointments are also available by request, including other days of the week.
Your permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Keep your piece clean and check it occasionally for anything that looks loose or unusual. A polishing cloth or soft brush can help keep your jewelry looking its best. If you are ever unsure about your piece, just reach out to me.
Chlorine can damage and break down jewelry materials over time. After swimming in a pool or soaking in a hot tub, rinse your jewelry with clean water as soon as possible and dry it gently. Tarnishing can also happen naturally depending on the material and your lifestyle. If you ever notice a change in your piece, I am happy to help you with the best way to clean and care for it.
Permanent jewelry can be removed when needed for work, surgery, an MRI, or another reason. If Forever Chic originally installed your piece and it is still intact and reusable, I can reattach it at no charge. Simple repair labor is also free on pieces I originally installed, with the customer paying only for any new materials that may be needed.
